This is a Small Micro Machine Ambulance Ford Box truck in White marked EMT.  It is made of plastic and is highly detailed, Note the EMT one the hood is backward so it would be readable in a rear view mirror.  It is about 1 1/4 inches long.  I bought this as part of a job lot and it is in good condition.
