In good condition. The radio times has a few slightly turned corners but not on the Harry Potter section. The cover has a slight bit of wear on the edges and slight turned corners. The Empire magazines cardboard cover is marked on the front and rear and slightly creased on the rear at the top. The collectors portfolio is showing wear and the pages are slightly creased at the top. The Empire magazine has slight edge wear on the cover page and spine. See photos.
