We have created this 30-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. (3) Returns procedure In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must: email and notify us of the problem with your purchase. We will then give you the option of a replacement or a refund depending on availability. Returns are sent at the buyers risk and we cannot be held responsible for any items lost during postage.
