1. Any fault must be reported through eBay before any warranty period expires.
2. We will try to diagnose and fix any fault via email.
3. If you need to return the item to us please send it via the cheapest method possible. Please use www . interparcel . com to find method, max allowable price for refund of returned item is £10.
4. Any and all items are serial number and Smart Water checked to ensure that they are the product we sent out. This measure is to deter fraudulent returns.
5. If item is found to have NO fault or one caused by customer then return fees will not be refunded and additional costs will be required to return the item back to you.
6. We will either repair and return the item or refund, whichever we choose best suits the situation, time and costs involved.
7. Any non-faulty item returned will incur a 20% restocking fee
