DESCRIPTION: Good Hardcover in a Good-Very Good Dustjacket. Oversize colour illustrated boards. Spine slanted, edge and corner wear (more along bottom), corners bumped, faint lines from plastic protector. Interior is good. No writing. Erasure mark and reading crease on the front free endpaper. Binding is good. DJ is still in the publisher's original plastic protector (which causes some edge pulling, light marks). Price-clipped, rolled at edges. A hard-to-find-title from an accomplished author/illustrator. 24 pages. Colour illustrations by the author.

GRADING: More of an art than a science. The majority of my books are older and out of print titles - mostly children and juvenile. Sorry, they just do not look new anymore and they will have inherent defects. Age should be taken into consideration. All books sold as-is. Here are my guidelines:
Fine: Like new with little or no use. Will show some use in older books
Very Good: Average used book. Light shelf wear and use. Any significant flaws will be noted
Good: Used and worn copy. Will show wear to binding and interior. May be ex-lib (will be stated) or have writing. Defects will be noted. This is not a high grade. Not for gifts.
Fair/Reading Copy: Can still be read and enjoyed. Faulty copy. Usually offered because it is a scarce or significant title. Heavy wear both externally and internally. May be repaired. Text will be complete but may be missing preliminary pages or plates.
Pets and Smoke? Not here, but you can safely assume that these books were not kept in an hermetically sealed vault since their original purchase.
