All items are described to the best of my ability...so please ask questions. A Response will be provided as soon as possible. I am a reseller, the items I sell come from Estate Sales, Auctions, Yard Sales and Friends/Family. Therefore, most are used or vintage unless stated otherwise. I have to say SOLD AS-IS because I am not an expert and although every item is tested and will be described accurately.  Ask for extra pictures if needed. I will provide a prompt response.

Please read our return policy terms carefully. If any one requirement is not fulfilled this return policy is null and void.

The item must be significantly misrepresented.

The buyer must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item.

The item must be shipped back via the same shipping and packaging method as it was originally sent. For example: if it was shipped Priority Mail it must be returned using Priority Mail.

The item must be insured during the return shipping if the item was insured when originally sent to buyer. 

The return must have delivery conformation and the number must be e-mailed to the seller as soon as the item is shipped.

The item must be received back within 7 working days from the date we were contacted regarding the problem.

The buyer is responsible for original shipping and all return shipping, insurance (if needed), and delivery confirmation.

Once the item has been returned, inspected and found to be in the same condition and is the same item that was shipped, a refund will be given for the bid amount and NOT original shipping. No return or original shipping charges will be refunded.

I reuse boxes and packing material to keep cost down and to help protect the environment.
