This pretty dress is from Chaps (a Ralph Lauren division) in a misses size large. Soft and stretchy, made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex.  Machine washable.  Pullover style with stretch. Has thin shoulder pads (the kind you can cut out if preferred). 

Unstretched, measured from seam to seam across the front:

bust is 19 inches across

waist is 15 inches across

hips are 19.5 inches across

length is 42 inches long
