This 2003 "W" Canadian Prooflike Toonie ($2.00) features the new effigy and is listed as uncirculated. It has not been graded or certified, but is in excellent condition. The coin was minted in Canada and is a great addition to any collection. This is part of my personal collection of coins and bills. I am not a coin expert.
