Years ago, when servicing Amps things like the power and rectifier hold down screw grommets, selenium rectifier and resistors were "good enough" to go back in service. Now that the Amps are 70 years old, the overlooked components that were "good enough" are now way beyond service life.

We use top tier components such as NOS hermetically sealed mil spec paper in oil bypass and coupling caps that dont wear out or succumb to condensation. Some of them date to 1959.

The electrolytics are a combination of F & T and Sprague.

ALL COMPONENTS ARE MATCHED AND PRE TESTED. FOR EXAMPLE THE FOUR F & T's are 21mfd. Some of the working voltages have been increased for increased reliability, and the resistors have been increased to 1 watt 1%, and we usually keep it to .5% or less and match pairs.

The selenium rectifier is new and dated the 40th week of 1959. I've also included a diode for people who prefer the latter.

The aircraft capacitors go for as much as $30 ea. We've done the work for you.
