The calculator itself and the manual are in REALLY GOOD condition.  It doesn't appear that the manual has ever been used and the calculator has no signs of wear.  I got this item at an estate sale so I don't know its history but it would appear that it may have never been used or if it was used it was a minimal number of times.

The original box is in good, sturdy condition but it does have some minor signs of box / shelf storage wear.
