Secretary of Defense William Cohen Vintage Parker Writing Pen. 

This pen is in new condition. Has only been used for display. 
We are the first/only owner and received the pen in 1999 directly from Secretary Cohen's office during his time as Secretary of Defense.

It is a Parker brand .8mm roller ball pen. It has a silver metal brushed removable cap blue plastic body imprinted on two lines with Department of Defense seal and signature of William Cohen on one line and Secretary of Defense on second line. 

Defense Secretary William Cohen served as Secretary of Defense under U.S. President Bill Clinton in 1997–2001.
