The plate has light scratches from moving around in storage. It was hanging in our garage. It still has the label on the back with mounting instructions and the " Officially Licensed Collegiate Product " logos. I will show a few flash photos that make the scratches jump out. It is a standard 12 inch by 6 inch size and will be nearly a pound to ship with packing materials.
