Some parts will require cleaning / washing before use and soft trim may require valeting. All parts are fully checked upon removal, compatibility is only a guide.

ALL ITEMS ARE USED PARTS

Panels, Bumper, Tailgates and Doors may have some light marks/scratches and age-related wear on the paint work ? Please look at pictures, please ask for more pictures if you want a closer look

Engines: Engines are sold as only a engine block itself and are covered by a 30 day warranty. Any ancillaries/extra parts left on the engine are not covered by the warranty and cannot be returned if found faulty or damaged as these are not tested however engines are only removed from running cars. We recommend all used engines have the cam belts, oil filters, all gaskets replaced before being installed. Engines will not contain any fluids; all fluids must be removed during the dismantling process to comply with current environmental legislation and transportation regulation.

Gearboxes: Gearboxes are sold as only gearbox itself and are covered by a 30-day warranty. All electrics, sensors or parts etc that are left on the gearbox are not covered by the warranty and cannot be returned if found faulty or damaged. Gearboxes will not contain any fluids. all fluids must be removed during the dismantling process to comply with current environmental legislation and transportation regulations

ECU?s: Are removed from working vehicles and may need re-programming, all ECU's, Modules and electrical parts are tested prior to removal from the used vehicle. These are non-refundable as a result of potential damage caused by incorrect fitting or other possible faults with the buyer's car

Radio devices: Are removed and tested but will come without codes unless otherwise stated

Speedometers: Mileage is unknown unless marked otherwise

Shipping

We will only send to a UK Mainland address.

All items sent will be securely packaged prior to dispatch.

All items must be checked before signing a signature indicates you have received the packaged item in good condition and so cannot later make a claim against the courier or us.

Returns

Parts will only be refunded if proven to be faulty or damaged in transport before you sign. So please make sure you have checked the part before signing for the delivery, If the item is damaged, please inform us straight away.

We cannot send replacements or give refunds until the original item has been returned to us and been inspected.

We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during the return delivery. If parcel gets lost in post and the buyer will not provide a tracking number, we will not be able to make a refund. All ITEMS ARE SECURITY MARKED please do not remove these markings. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from receipt of item and items returned will incur a 20% restocking fee unless faulty. No Postage will be refunded

Security Marks

Products returned without security markings will void any refund claim. All items are marked for security; please do not remove these markings as any item returned without these will NOT be refundable, these markings include and are not limited by way of Permanent Marker and infra-red marking. If none of these markings or others are not visible on return, no refund can be given THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE.
