Raleigh branded vintage 27 inch wheels. Spins well. Skewers included. Have not been opened or serviced. Looks like sealed system loose ball. Rims are true. Rear hub spacing is approximately 128 mm. May work on 126 or 130 mm spaced frames. Tires are rough and should be replaced.
