This iPhone 2G is a very early 4 GB model produced the 25th week (mid-June) of 2007. It has a bell icon printed on the ringer switch—a hardware feature that was quickly discontinued. 

The iPhone is running genuine iOS 1.0 NonUI “Skankphone” factory firmware (build 1A420), complete with working development iBoot 99.
