TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Promise: I try to provide good photographs of everything that I sell and try to describe items as accurately as possible (including any damage or wear and tear).  I welcome any questions.

Dispatch time: I send all the items as soon as possible after receiving the payment. All items are dispatched within three working days.

Shipping: All the items are sent from Finland by DHL Global mail or Finnish Post priority service. Priority shipping takes usually about 2-6 working days to Europe and about 4-20 working days to the rest of the world. However these are just estimates and they do not include the customs clearance time or distribution problems caused by unexpected situations. DHL Express service is also available 

for purchase if you want you items faster. When giving feedback for shipping time in the detailed seller rating please consider the time between the payment and the shipping, and not the total delivery time.

Buyers outside European Union - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Missing Parcels: I do not take responsibility of parcels gone missing during the delivery. 

Returns: I do check everything over before sending them – however like everyone I am only human so if you have any problem with anything I have sent you please contact me in the first instance so we can try and sort it out. Returns are not accepted for change of mind. 

Combined shipping: We offer discounts on combined shipping. Items must be paid on the same invoice unless otherwise agreed.
