Complete cylinder head removed from a 2011 Audi A3 with 130 K miles. The vehicle was stripped due to a rear end accident.

Engine code CCTA 2.0T TSI - Part number on the cylinder head is 06H 103 373 K

I would not call it a rebuilt cylinder head, more like refreshed. It has been dismantled, cleaned and put back together.

- The cylinder head was never worked on internally before I got it. The cover and the body have matching numbers as it should be. The covers are not interchangeable one from another.
- It has been completely dismantled, all valves removed, all carbon cleaned.
- The intake dividers are not included, you can clean and re-use the ones you have.
- The valves are kept original on this head, they have been cleaned, lapped and re-installed.
- The valve springs are original from this cylinder head.
- The valves were kept in their original position like they came from factory, in their respective guide. I didn't mix and match them.
- The guides are original, they are still in very good shape.
- The valves were re-seated by lapping them, in their original position. There was not too much pitting on exhaust valves, and when there was, it was taken off with valve grinding compound.
- New valve stem seals were installed. Elring, made in Germany.
- The cylinder head never had damage from a stretched timing chain, the valves never hit the pistons, etc.
- The lobes on the camshafts have never been hit by the pistons trough the valves. The lobes are pressed on, it can happen when there's timing chain damage.
- The camshafts are in good shape, there is no serious scoring on the lobes, but there are traces of use.
- The head was washed in the hot tank, it's not perfect, some dirt might still remain on the exterior but inside it's clean.
- I don't believe in spraying a cylinder head with silver paint to hide the defects, paint ends up everywhere that it shouldn't, so it was kept original.
- All lifters are fine and in working condition.
- The camshaft bridge is OEM, it's still in decent shape. There are scratches in it, but nothing critical. You can always buy a new one, they're cheap. The small grille that always breaks in it was removed.
- All threads have been checked. There were all fine, but I would advise about trying to not over torque the bolts, especially on the intake and PCV valves.
- All exhaust studs are fine. They have all been cleaned. The lower ones might have the tips burned off, but there's more than enough thread on them to install the turbo.
- The LOBES on the cylinder head and the camshaft cover are all in good shape. They do have traces of use, small marks, but they do not have deep scratches that would mess with oil pressure.

Overall it's ready to be installed. Please follow the correct procedures with doing so. Please use anaerobic sealant on the camshaft cover.

It's an OEM German VW casting with all OEM German parts. There are no parts on it made from Chinesium. I have rebuilt many cylinder heads like this one and to this day I never had a negative comeback.

*** Some parts included with the cylinder head are included AS IS and for free. They include the camshaft bridge, the oil pressure bolt for the intake camshaft, the camshafts, and other small parts like sensors. There's no warranty on them, you can use them or you can re-use your old parts. The price is for the cylinder head only.***

PLEASE CHECK ALL THE HIGH RESOLUTION PICTURES AND DETERMINE IF IT FITS YOUR QUALITY STANDARDS.

*** PLEASE BE 100% SURE THAT THIS IS THE CORRECT PART FOR YOUR VEHICLE! ***
