This is a Small Micro Machine Galaxy Voyager Tri-Star Phaser Cannon.  It is made of plastic and is highly detailed, note the cockpit.  It is about 1 15/16 inches long and has a wing span of about 1 7/8 inch.  I bought this as part of a job lot and it is in good condition.  The coin in the picture is a Dime to show just how small this item is.
