It is widely regarded as the essential reference to revenue stamps, and the numbering system is frequently used by collectors and in sales descriptions to this day. Since its publication, no other all-world revenue stamp catalogues have been produced. The key types are illustrated & each variety is listed, giving a catalogue number, colour, paper, perforation, size, price etc. The prices are useful for working out rarity. The text is in French but you don't need to know the language, just a few words are repeated throughout - and many are similar to the English - but a French-English/English-French dictionary is included on the CD-ROM to help you.
