A beautiful pair of antique late Victorian champagne coupes or saucers dating from circa 1890. The glasses hold 100ml and are well made, and good quality - probably produced in Stourbridge, historically Worcestershire, now in the Metropolitan Borough of Dudley, West Midlands of England.

The glasses stand approx 12.5 cm high and are approximately 9 cm across the rim. They have a plain foot with a polished pontil and a faceted baluster stem. The bowl has been cut with lunar slices, sometimes called bullseye cuts. Some collectors may refer to these as deep leaf shaped prism cuts. They are very attractive glasses for display and use and together weigh 422g.

They are in very good condition and ready to use. Would make a perfect gift - for a wedding or any kind of celebration - or a treat for yourself.
