The 6D13D diode is designed for detection and rectification in circuits of electronic voltmeters and other radio devices in the centimeter frequency range.
It is used in radio-electronic equipment for general and special purposes.
Indirectly heated oxide cathode.
Works in any position.
Available in a metal-glass subminiature design with disk junctions.
