This is a vintage Goebel or Hummel figurine of design #73 known as Little Helper.  It features a young girl holding a woven basket.  She might work on a farm.  It is about 4" tall.  It has a TMK3 Bee backstamp which corresponds to a manufacturing date of 1960-1972.  It is in good used condition.  There is no original box.  See the photos.
