This is a vintage Goebel or Hummel figurine of design #4 known as Little Fiddler.  It features a boy playing a fiddle with an umbrella on his back.  It is about 5" tall.  It has a TMK-2 full bee backstamp and was manufactured in the period of 1950 to 1959.  It is in good used condition with a small chip on the bottom rim of the base.  There is no original box.  See the photos.
