So many beautiful artistic details. Handcrafted. Unsigned. Artist unknown. Limited online research indicates a Navajo design. In the style of Francis "Frank" Begay. Similar star-shaped settings of stones and rolled silver rope details on trunk shown and described in "Comprehensive Jewelry Guide to Christmas Tree Pins" by Kathy Flood, page 205. The only signature on back is a partial "Sterling" mark as shown (see photo). No other signatures or markings other than style of design for this artist. Sterling silver set with malachite and believed red coral cabochons. Star topper is set with marbled oval stones. Believed circa 1950s - 1970s.
