I built this gigantic chop during lockdown, I stand at 6'8" tall and have always had a passion for long skinny choppers. If you are of short body, or have dwarf legs this bike is not for you! You really do need to be well over 6 foot tall or have a long body to be able to see over the headstock, its no fun riding it leaning to one side to see where you are going.

I am the owner of Raw Steel Choppers Ltd and the builder of this bike. I have built this bike from the ground up. The frame is CDS seamless tube, JIG built and TIG welded. 

The engine is a YZF Fazer 600 cc with about 35000 miles use, it runs well and its very reliable. 

The exhaust is a one off stainless steel with tulip straight through cans and has a awesome bark.

The springers were jig built by RSC at 24" over Harley stock length, they are running on modern bronze bushes, swivel bearings with stainless steel or hardened fittings.

Up front we have a 21" wheel and 17" at the rear.

The wiring loom is a one off new loom.

 S.D. is MOT'D for 10 months and is free tax.

It rides well for a long chop, 45 degrees of rake with approx 100mm of trail. (no steering flop)

The paint work is not real rust but rusty paint and will not rust any further, the whole bike is painted in satin clear coat, nothing hidden, all the detail is there to see. I wanted this bike to look like it was built in the 70's and found in a barn, dusted down and put back on the road.

The bike was recently featured in the Hollywood all-star movie Expend4bles with Sylvester Stallone. (see the Pictures) it also had a 5 page feature in Back Street Heroes this year.

All in all its a really popular chop which draws a crowd wherever it goes, people just seem to love it and be amazed by it.

Its just over 3m long and 2m from the seat to the tip of the front wheel hence the name Social Distance.
