This is a nice Very Small NANO Speed UT-3 Fire Truck in Yellow and White Pull Back Toy (If you pull it backwards and release it, it will roll forward)  These NANO Speed cars shoot forward very fast after being pulled back a short distance.  It is made of plastic and highly detailed, note the markings.  It is about 1 1/8 inches long.  I bought this at a garage sale and it is in very good condition and works well.
