This is an antique book of sketches by Capt. Martin Hardie from around 1917. Obviously during WW1. The pages are yellowed, but most of the plates are in very good condition. They do leave a mark on the opposite blank page. Many of the illustrations are of landscapes, churches, the seaside, etc. Most are in black & white, though there are a couple in color. I have included the listing titles. The book cover has some wrinkles and yellowing. On the interior, the first owner has inscribed their name and a date at the bottom. The book measures 9 1/2"x7"x1/2" to give you a better idea of its size. This book was part of an estate. Those of you who are history buffs might find the sketches of Boulogne interesting. They are well done. Please refer to the pics as part of the description. Feel free to ask questions. I don't ship internationally.
