Vtg Andi-n-Me Black Velvet & Lace Fancy Cameo Pageant HOOP SKIRT DRESS Dress 4T

Beautiful fancy dress.

Has a full circle hoop skirt built into the bottom.

Black velvet with white lace and a lacey cameo design on the front.

The red and gold ribbon have been added but they are safety-pinned on and can be removed.

One small green stain dot noticed on the underside of the layers. Does not show when worn.

No other noticed rips or issues.

Has belt loops for a white ribbon belt but that is not included. 

Vintage piece by Andi-n-Me. Parts are made in the USA and assembled in Trinidad. 

Tag is marked 4T. The waist is elastic and seems to stretch from 7" across to about 11" across.

Our home is smoke-free.
