I am listing this beauty for a longtime Saleen collector and friend. He has sold one of his warehouses and needs to downsize some of his very expansive collection (mostly Saleen's and other super high performance vehicles) and has asked me to sell the whole collection of the vehicles which I have done for the past year. In my 30+ years in the automotive business, mostly with Saleen, Shelby, and specialty vehicles, I have very rarely seen, owned, or driven a nicer built and well sorted vehicle that is so fantastically maintained and taken care of. I have owned over 1000 Mustangs, Shelby's, Big Block's, Boss's, Pantera's, Saleen's, Corvette's, Camaros, Roush's, Cobra's. Lightning's etc, mostly collector models, and rarely see a vehicle (of ANY type) kept in this condition. I am overly fanatical with all my vehicles, but rarely see others that are anywhere close to like me. I have over 20 cars in my personal collection and do not like to sell any of them, but when I do, the person that purchases what I'm selling gets the best of the best in the world, hands down. It would not be too hard to have a Motec or equivalent display installed in the console screen for all gauges and to use a hidden Vintage Auto Air or equivalent hidden system put in under the dash using original switch controls. Remember, this was a prototype show car, so you would not want to modify it too much! I do my best to describe everything to the best of my ability and knowledge.
