This listing is for a fully quarantined 43cm Japanese Koi Carp from the Japanese breeder 'Maruhide' as shown in the attached pics.
This koi comes with a certificate of authentication and can either be collected from our shop or sent to you via APC overnight courier. Our delivery days are Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and you can include more than one koi to a box. Please inform us if delivery is required immediately following purchase and we will arrange this with you.
All of our koi are fully quarantined and heat ramped twice before being released from our quarantine facilities. A detailed description of our quarantine procedures and bio security measures can be found online or requested using the details below.
S&C Koi have held a 5 star pet licence for over 10 years and all the koi on our ebay shop and many more can be viewed in person at our shop.

Purchasing your koi:
You can have more than 1 koi to a box and why not make the most of this by adding additional koi to your purchase. If there is something you are looking for and can't find on our ebay shop please contact us and we will see if we can help find what you are looking for. Unless otherwise agreed koi must be collected within 2 weeks of purchase or delivery arranged within 48 hours of purchase.
Whether collecting or having your koi delivered we double wall box, double bag and oxygenate the bag to ensure that your koi is transported safely from us to you.
Collecting your koi:
Our shop is open 7 days a week, all year round from 10am til 6pm and koi can be viewed during any of these times. No appointment needed. Please contact us if you are traveling a long distance to visit us to ensure we do not miss you or if you require directions to our premises.
Delivery of your koi:
We use APC overnight to courier live koi and have done so for many years successfully. Boxes are double walled and koi are double bagged - the bag is oxygenated.
We will only arrange delivery of your koi when it and delivery costs have been paid in full. Please ensure that you have the correct and appropriate set up to properly care for your koi and if you happen to have any issues that you are unable to collect or take delivery of your koi purchase that you let us know immediately. We reserve the right to refuse to supply a koi if we believe you are not in a position or set up to properly care for it. In this case we would refund your payment and relist the koi.

Returns Not Accepted: Due to the high standards expected of our bio security we are unable to accept koi to be returned to our shop under any circumstances. Should you be unhappy with the koi you recieve or experience any issues during delivery please contact us immediately so that we can deal with these issues in a more appropriate manor.
