What is felt material?
Felt may be the oldest fabric known to humans since there are many references to felt in ancient writings. Wool fibers were felted in China/Central Asia tens of thousands years ago and made into soft and supple fabric. Since felt is not woven and does not require a loom in its production, it can be handmade without equipments!
