Nur zum Umbau zu verwenden bei allen VW- und AUDI-Motoren Basis 1,6 Ltr. / 81 kw ( 110 PS ) K-Jetronik. Einspritz-Motoren mit Zylinderkopf ohne Brennraum. Aufbohren der Zylinder-Bohrungen erforderlic auf 81,25 mm . Weiter-Verwendung der Original Pleuel vom 1,6 Ltr.-Motor. Kolben-Satz bestehend aus insgesamt 4 Stück plus Zubehör: Kolben-Bolzen und Ringen (2 Kolben plus 2 Kolben mit spiegelbildlichen Ventil-Taschen )

Kolben-Bolzen 22 mm Durchmesser, Länge 63 mm , Verdichtung 9,7 : 1 Kompressionshöhe 38,5 mm , 

Speciall piston set 81,25 mm  for engine modification to more cc ( from 1588 cc to 1792 cc ) This engine modification needs change of original crankshaft ( hub 80 mm) to crankshaft hub 86,4 mm ( VW ILTIS part.nr. 049 105 021 AA )

modification only possible on basic engine types with fuel injection ( K-Jetronic ) 1,6 litre ( 81 kw ) 110 PS.

cylinder head without fire room, connecting rods of 1,6 ltr. engine do not need modification and also will used with hub 86,4 mm crankshaft, original cylinderblock needs boring to 81,25 mm diameter.Pins and rings included.
