We recommend shaking the glue for 20-30 seconds before use. Using a jade stone with this glue will ensure the glue is kept cool for applying.

Please conduct a patch test at least 24 hours before using this glue. if any reaction or irritation occurs, do not use.

DELIVERY:

All orders placed by 8am Monday-Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next working day.

RETURNS:

If you'd like to return an item, please get in touch.

We are happy to accept your return providing it is in its original condition. We expect this to mean that it's in the original packaging, is unopened and unused. Products such as beads and glue will be weighed upon return to ensure there are no parts missing.

Refunds are given minus the cost of postage unless the item is defective.

Orders must be returned within 14 days from the date your item was delivered.
