Vintage Stern & Co. Daylight Negative Numbering Machine.  This appears in very good condition, including the cord.  It doesn't have a bulb so I couldn't test it.  The screws in the top are slightly rusted.  Otherwise, this is in very nice condition for age.  It would be a unique addition to you collection or to use to number your 4x5 negatives from your Stern Daylight Camera.
