This very nice N gauge tram/railcar by Modemo is NT129 a Keifuku Electric Railway Randen Mobo 101 in a special Police Patrol Train livery. 

The MoBo 101 series was introduced in 1929 when Arashiyama Main Line was double-tracked to provide more services. At that time, Keifuku had to boost capacity and win the competition against Shin-Keihan Railway (now Hankyu Arashiyama Line), which opened in the previous year. In the 21st century No. 105 was painted like a police car, called "Randen Pato Train" (which meant Randen Patrol Train) as part of a joint campaign conducted by Keufuku, Ukyo Ward Office and Ukyo Police Station.

The unit is in excellent condition as you can see in the pictures, it is tested and runs well. A complete external visual inspection has shown the overall condition is very good. It comes complete with its box and relevant paperwork. The box is in good if slightly shelf worn condition. 

Overall this is a really nice scale locomotive and would look fantastic on a layout.
