A reversible rim lock just by switching the sides, no plate to remove with a privacy latch located on top of the lock. The lock measures 3-1/2" x 5 inches high and what you see is what you get. Lock has a long spindle so it was probably on an exterior door at one time. The knobs are crazed, that just means the glazing cracked and nothing wrong with the knobs.
