Packaging: All items are packaged to the shipping guidelines per carrier. We are not responsible for any shipping damage. The carrier is responsible, so be sure to take photos of the unopened package and all damage. Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and let us know right away if anything arrives damaged, so that we can advise you on how best to proceed.

Returns: If accepted (per the listing), returns must be requested through eBay and approved prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned within the timeframe specified in the listing.

Item(s) must be properly packaged per carrier guidelines and returned in exactly the same condition they were sold, e.g. new, unopened, sealed, working, etc. All components and accessories included in the original listing and shipped with the order must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. If the original order was shipped insured, insurance is also required for return shipment. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment.

Refunds on returns: Refunds are initiated once returns are received, evaluated, and approved. Refund amount will be reduced or rejected for any returns that do not comply with these terms and conditions, in keeping with eBay policies.
