This is a Beatrix Potter Peter Rabbit Christmas Stocking from the early 1990s. 

This stocking was made or distributed by The Toy Works company.  

The exterior of the stocking is a cotton material or cotton blend material.

The inside of the stocking is not lined with fabric.  The inside of the stocking is a thin layer of quilt batting.  

Measurements - taken from outside of stocking:

Height - from top to toe, measured along one side: 16"

Height - from top to heel: 14"

Width - back of heel to toe: 11"

Width - at narrowest spot: 7" 

Width - at top: 8"

Note: If you are trying to fill this stocking with a specific item, subtract 1 or 1.5 inches from the measurements above and that will tell you what dimensions of the items you should be able to fit into the stocking. Take note of the narrowest part of the stocking.

Condition: This stocking is pre-owned, but has its original tags.  It is in excellent shape.  Like new.  There are no holes, rips, or stains on the outside or inside the stocking.  Very clean.  Comes from a smoke free and pet free home.
