Dispatch time is listed as 3 working days. It's usually quicker but does sometimes take me longer than this during busy periods. If you need something by a particular date message me BEFORE buying and I'll let you know whether that's realistic- therefore avoiding any unnecessary disappointment. :)

Postage:

I use Yodel, Hermes and Royal Mail for delivery. The one listed at checkout is not always accurate so if you have a preference let me know and I will try to accommodate.

I keep tracking and proof of postage for each parcel and can provide if required.

Collection is also available from Dagenham, RM9 and you are welcome to view any clothes before you buy. (Please note, I can't give out my full address until something has been purchased)

Combined postage:

I offer combined postage on all items. If under 2kg it will usually be £3 If over 2kg it will be £5.80.

IF YOU ARE PURCHASING 5 OR MORE ITEMS I WILL POST FOR FREE (UK mainland). You will need to message to let me know so I can make sure the discount is applied.

If I've overcharged for postage I will always be happy to refund the difference, but again PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE to let me know as I send out a lot of orders and so don't check who has paid what.

Ironing:

All clothes are steam cleaned before I list them which is antibacterial. A lot of these fabrics are delicate and crease very easily in the storage and packaging process so please expect that they will need to be ironed upon arrival.

Sizing:

Sizing varies massively from shop to shop- and different people have a different understanding of what is small/medium/large etc. For this reason I provide the chest measurement of each garment. Please do not just assume it will fit without checking this first, and you're welcome to ask for any other measurements that you need.
