This item is in NEW, UNOPENED condition. That means it is in Factory Sealed condition. Since it is unopened, I cannot account for any unseen imperfections. Also, discs tend to come loose inside packaging which I also have no control over. Recently, there have been reported cases of “off-gassing” inside the case and on the discs. Off-gassing is an oily residue or coating that builds up on the inside of the case, and even accumulates on the disc surface itself. Off-gassing, according to these companies, is not harmful and can be cleaned off easily.
