In my experience with Herve (I’ve worked with them a lot) we try to size down whenever possible for the full bandage effect, so if you typically take size M in dresses we would recommend the Small in Herve. It should be a struggle to zip up if the fit is right, which I know is counter intuitive. If you already know your Herve size, great!
