For auction is a candlestick made by Tiffany Studios, New York. The candlestick stands 8 3/8" tall and has a diameter of approximately 4 1/8" at the legs bottom.

The candlestick depicts 3 long legs with the ends forming scrolled feet. There is a candle cup attached to the top of the legs with a green Favrile glass that is blown inside of the cup. When looking at the cup it looks like it has green oval windows. The candle cup still retains its original bobesche to hold the candle. The patina on the candlestick is the most popular brown with green undertones and it compliments the green blo-in just perfectly.

The candlestick is considered to be in excellent condition as there are no cracks or chips to the blo-in glass and the metal frame shows minor wear. The candlestick is signed on the inside top area where the 3 legs meet. It is signed "Tiffany Studios New York" with the number "293" impressed just above. This is the model number for this candlestick.

Tiffany started using a 3 digit numbering system after 1902. Since this has 3 numbers it was made after this period and  I would assume it was made after 1902. This candlestick was made circa 1903-1915.

I want to apologize for slowing down my shipping time. Ebay forced me into managed payments in July 2020. I used to get my money in 24 hours. I now get it in 3-4 business days. I was told it would be better for me and my fees would go down. This has been the opposite as my fees have actually increased and now it takes longer for me to receive the payments. Because of this slowdown I will not ship until the payment has made it into my bank account. No store lets you out of the building with the merchandise unless it is paid for.

They are also now charging all sellers a commission of 12.35% on sales tax. Pay Pal used to charge 2.9% payment processing fee but Ebay has changed this to 12.35%. This is an increase of 9.45% on the sales tax portion. They are now making a profit on the sales tax and treating it as a sale which in my eyes is wrong!! They did the same on the shipping charges several years ago. They use to not charge anything and now they are charging 12.35% commission on shipping as well. This has raised the cost to ship items to you, the buyer and this is factored into my shipping charges.

If you feel what Ebay is doing is wrong or you don't agree them please contact Ebay and voice your opinion. Maybe if enough of you do this, they will change their policy.

I bubble wrap, double box and fully Insure all shipments that are sold. Insurance is Included in the Flat Rate Shipping Charge above. This does not Include International Shipments as each country has different rates.

International purchases must wait for the Invoice so Insurance can be added. There are some Countries I cannot Ship to because the Post Office won't allow Insurance on items shipped there.
