Dispatch & Delivery

All items are dispatched within 2 working days and delivered between 3 - 5 working days (unless specified otherwise) of receiving cleared payment.

Excludes: Afghanistan, Libya, Nauru, Russian Federation, Somalia, Ukraine, Yemen

There is a 2 week return period should you change your mind with the product. You are responsible for ensuring the item is efficiently packed and is sent to our warehouse safely. If you would like us to collect the item from your address, we will deduct the collection/delivery fee of £10 from your refund. Please ensure you contact us within 2 weeks of purchase. Should the item arrive back to us damaged, you may be liable for any damages.

Damaged Products

There is a 30 day return period for faulty items. If the item has arrived in a faulty state, please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss with you how to resolve the situation. We will accept returns within this period and collect the faulty item from your address free of charge. If you contact us outside of the 30 day period (from when you received the item), damaged products will not be accepted.

Warranty

Warranty may apply to selected products. Please view the above description to see if warranty is included with the product. Warranty conditions has priority over the aforementioned returns. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchase. Any Warranty only applies to UK Mainland. International orders are covered by eBay's policies.

• I need specific cables with my order. What should I do?
• Please get in contact with us detailing which specific cables you require with your order. You can also leave a note on your order soon after you've placed it.

• Is it possible for me to collect my items?
• Certainly! However, please get in contact with us first to let us know when you'd like to collect so that we have enough time to prepare your item. If you would like to test the item before purcase, please send us a message.

• Do you accept Cash on hand?
• No, we do not accept cash. Please ensure you pay via eBay. Orders will not be dispatched once valid payment has been cleared. If you have planned to collect, please ensure you have paid before you collect and provide proof of receipt.

• My order has been dispatched, but the tracking is unavailable.
• We will provide a tracking number once your order is being prepared. Once the courier collects your parcel, and scans it into their system, the tracking number provided will update and you will be able to follow your parcel's journey.

• A Desktop/Laptop I've purchased is experiencing issues, what should I do?
• We strongly advise when setting up your new device, that you ensure it is updated fully with all optional drivers installed. If you have any issues with this, or require further assistance, please get in touch with us and one of our technicians will assist you.
