Shipping
Free postage for all UK orders. Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Nottingham, UK. We pride ourselves on getting your order on its way to you as fast as possible. Usually orders will be dispatched the same day if you order before 12.00 noon (UK Time). As standard your order will be sent by Royal Mail 48 in the UK and will normally arrive in 2 to 3 working days. If you require your order even quicker you can choose Royal Mail 24 or Special Delivery Next Day at the checkout. We use Royal Mail Airmail to ship to addresses outside the UK Overseas delivery times can be quite variable, but most items arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. Delays beyond our control can occur occasionally, however, so if it takes a little longer please be patient.
Returns
You can return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt. If you want to return an item, please ensure that it comes back to us as received, unaltered and with all manufacturer's packaging, any paperwork, guarantee, etc. We refund your full original payment including p&p. You are responsible for safekeeping and returning the goods to us; we strongly recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting (free on request from the Post Office when you mail the item), to support any claim you may need to make in the case of your return being lost or damaged in the post. Return costs are the buyer's responsibility.
