Up for sale is a TRUE 1958 Gibson J-200. This is not a remake, it is one of only 80 Gibson J-200's made in 1958. I have contacted Gibson and they have authenticated this guitar. They were unable to give me any information on who it was sold to. But Just imagine who was playing these guitars in 1958, Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley.... who knows.

It is in remarkable condition considering its age. There are normal signs of use, including light scratches and dings to the front of the guitar. There is crackling of the finish on the head stock and on the front. There is a crack on both sides of the sound hole that runs along the pick guard. It has had a repair done, and I have tried to photograph this as best as I could. The repair is solid. There are scratches to the finish on the back of the guitar as well. This comes with a vintage Stone guitar case that looks period. The case does show its age. It appears that the tuners have been changed out. International buyers contact me for shipping details.

This is for sale locally and other venues,  and can be removed at any moment.
