I am not a comics grader, but I try to be as thorough as possible when assessing books for any flaws. I don't believe in using a number grade system - to me they are mostly utilized as a method to be ambiguous about exact condition and/or individual imperfections - but I do attempt to describe anything other than minor cover shelf-scuffing/scratching in detail. If a certain flaw discussed below does not mention that it affects inside pages, then it does not.

This copy is in good condition, with a solid spine, a great hardcover (photos#17,18) and excellent overall inside pages (photos#20-24 examples). It does have some signs of wear, including 1 outer corner ding/indent, some small spine corner dings, and a few jacket creases, although most of the wear is lighter in severity, and primarily external in nature.

**Photo#3:
-Spine edge: Four light ~1/2" indents/scratches around its middle.

**Photo#4:
-Page edge: Some light natural staining over time from being on a shelf on the external page edges. Some light shelf-scuffing on the back cover's page edge around its middle.

**Photo#5:
-Upper spine corner: Small dings//~1/2" indents at/around where it meets each cover, they show as light indents on the hardcover below (photo#10). 2 small dings at its middle, causes light adjacent ~3/4" crease on the jacket edge.
-Lower spine corner: Small dings//~1/2" indents at/around where it meets each cover, they show as light indents on the hardcover below (photos#10,11).

**Photo#6:
-Front cover top edge: Two ~2" light nearby/parallel jacket creases to edge (photo#12 w/illumination).
-Outer corner: Ding//~3/4" indent around corner, shows on hardcover below as a bend/small indent, and goes thru pages as a light bend.

**Photo#7:
-Front cover bottom edge: Tiny indent/ding/tear near its middle (photo#13 w/illumination). Otherwise, light if any shelf-wear/scuffing.
-Outer corner: Tiny ding/indent.

**Photo#8:
-Back cover top edge: Small scuff/peel near spine corner. Light ~3/4" parallel jacket crease at its middle (photo#14 w/illumination).
-Outer corner: Nearby/light ~1/2" jacket crease (also photo#14). Small ding/indent at corner itself, shows on hardcover below as a light bend.

**Photo#9:
-Back cover bottom edge: ~3" nearby/parallel crease at its middle (photo#15 w/illumination). ~2" nearby/parallel indent starting adjacent spine corner from a ~1/2" ding (photo#11).
-Outer corner: Light ~2.5" indent around corner. Tiny ding/indent at corner itself, shows on hardcover below as an indent.

**Additionally: Front jacket possesses 5 tiny indents/depressions around its middle (photo#16 w/illumination). 2 small page edge indents around its middle. Two light ~1/2" indents near bottom edge. Some light shelf-scuffing around. Back jacket has a light ~4.5" horizontal indent near the bottom edge. Light ~3" scratch near top edge. A few lighter/smaller scratches around the cover.

**Front hardcover (photo#17): ~6 tiny/light indents/dings around it.

**Back hardcover (photo#18): Some scratching around it.

**Internally: Inside first pre-cover (black) pages have a few scuffs around. First inside cover page (photo#19) has two light ~2" depressions near the center.

I both buy to read as well as sell TPBs on here, so I understand how aggravating it is to receive a comic damaged in transit. I always pack books firmly between pieces of cardboard (among other materials/layers) via Gemini Comic mailers or bubble mailers depending on size; usually utilizing boxes for larger lots. If you have any questions or would like any additional photos, feel free to let me know. I'm always happy to combine shipping costs - either message me before completing purchase for a pre-payment price adjustment, or alternatively I can provide a refund afterwards. Thanks, and have a fantastic day!
