If a listing say's "parts not working, no returns accepted." it means just that, it probably works 100% but to be safe it's sold as not working to regrettably avoid fraudulent returns and parts swappers.
Although ebay will side with the buyer, security stickers will be affixed where possible and the security number taken for reference. sticker and serial number recorded in case of fraud.
Please consider offers over the start price, it's an auction so have common sense, 1p over the start price won't make you a winner, although a bid might.

Any smaller items will be Royal mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 these are prioritised over normal post but cost that bit extra, but it's tracked and heavily insured.
