this is a large and very heavy wooden dollhouse DIY kit.

rarely seen now as it is long discontinued.

shipping is higher for this one due to the size and weight of the box.

I cannot guarantee that all the parts are there but everything is still in the plastic.  Please see my other listings for dollhouse furniture.  I love to combine shipping.

It is 32lbs which is the reason for the high shipping cost.
