One of the currently hardest to get mythicals is BACK! Hoopa is difficult to obtain now because there hasn't been an event for her in any Switch games. And it's even harder to get her from an ebay listing with compatibility for Pokemon Home. And it will only get harder when Pokemon Bank is closed forever, which they've announced is coming!
This Hoopa is from the 2015 event for movie Hoopa and the Clash of Ages, she has the trainer name Mighty and the trainer ID number 07185. She comes at level 50 in an awesome rare red Cherish Ball, with 3 perfect IVs, a Docile nature, and the Wishing Ribbon which grants the title "Hoopa the Wish Granter". I have included a screenshot of the eventdex entry from Serebii for this specific event Hoopa in the photos for reference.
CHANGING FORMS:
Once Hoopa is in your game, you can head to Porto Marinada where an additional auctioneer will appear and offer the Prison Bottle item, which is used to change her forms between Hoopa Confined and Hoopa Unbound. I am unable to include the item unfortunately as it is a key item and not able to held by a pokemon.
VERY IMPORTANT: You will need to have active Nintendo Switch Online service and a throw-away Pokemon ready to trade that you don't mind losing.
