We do not accept returns or refund swimwear, lingerie, formal wear or select vintage items. Please take this into consideration when purchasing the item.

Many of the major designer stores sell clothing to the local boutiques and high-end shops due to excess inventory. The boutiques remove the store tag so customers may not return the items to the original retail store for a refund or store credit. With that being said, in our listing when it says new without tags, or new with Boutique tags, the item is BRAND NEW and has never been worn.

We do not sell anything that has stains, holes, smells, or major issues. we will describe the item to the best of our ability. If there are any imperfections or flaws they will be noted photographed and disclosed in the listing.

If the garment is not brand new or new without tags, the item is either dry cleaned or freshly laundered. All items come from a pet free smoke-free environment. All clothing and items are neatly packaged and shipped with care. Please know that we are not professional photographers but we try to take the best pictures in the best lighting. You will always see the maximum pictures allowed showcasing the item from different angles to give a full perspective of what you are purchasing.
